About Me
I have spent my career championing innovative and inclusive practices in K-12 and early childhood education. My experience spans policy development, systems building, and program implementation. I have led initiatives at the state, regional and district levels, with a focus on cross-sector projects that engage stakeholders, strengthen collaboration between school districts and the early childhood sector, and support teams in navigating complex challenges in the service of young children and families.
With Waypoint, I bring this experience to life through coaching, facilitation, and strategic planning—helping leaders, teams, school districts, early childhood programs and organizations align their vision with actionable steps for growth. Grounded in an adaptive, holistic approach, my work empowers leaders and teams to navigate change with confidence and create lasting impact in their communities.
I live in Portland, Oregon with my wife Jessica, our kids Eli and Rory, and our loud but lovable dog, Ozzy.
